msn messenger contact list in outlook 2003

hi

all my imortant contacts are listed in msn messenger and I would like to be
able to access this list when I'm filling the "To"/BCC/CC field when
creating a new contact.
Outlook express has a feature that lists those ocntacts inside the program
but for Outlook 2003 I don't know how to get it working.
In the emails I receive, outlook 2003 already correctly displays the sender
Messenger status.
