mail applet in the control panel.
Paragraph 3) You can always download the files manually if the update engine
doesn't work at office.microsoft.com. Try
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=9C51D3A6-7CB1-4F61-837E-5F938254FC47&displaylang=en
to get the "full file" sp1 patch for Office 2003.
