There is a switch on the mail server side (assuming you're using
Microsoft Exchange as your mail server) that your Mail Admin will need
to change to allow this behaviour, it is off by default.
It's fairly simple to change on Exchange 2003, but there are many
instances when not sending these from a list is the preferred option,
so it's entirely up to the admin.
