Win2k Professional, w/Office 2k Premium, all updates, SP4 installed,
using Norton Pers. Firewall 2005 (had 2003 w/daily updates until 9 days
after this started - hoping that upgrade would fix - nope), and Norton
Systemworks 2005 also (had Systemworks 2004 when problem started,
same idea as previous, upgrade didn't fix problem). Checked all acct
settings, etc. tried changing ports, uninstalled & reinstalled Outlook 2k,
uninstalled/reinstalled Firewall, etc. etc. -

Problem!: Can receive emails, no problem, cannot send emails from
Outlook, they remain in Outbox. Error message: "TCP/IP connection
was unexpectedly terminated by server...Error Number 0x800ccc0f"
This started on 12/6 - noticed on Norton site in support section,
specific reference to this date & error - LiveUpdate supposed to fix
it. Nope. And after talking with Norton "tech" support, I was told
to go to Microsoft, not their (Norton's) problem.

Please help, husband is ready to throw 'puter out to curb...
