If you can't get Outlook 2003 started in order to select Tools > Email
accounts so you can remove the Microsoft Exchange & LDAP services, you can
do this thru the mail applet in the control panel. (Microsoft Exchange is a
view/change existing e-mail accounts and LDAP is a view/change directories
and address books.)
