The setup doesn't create a desktop shortcut under Windows XP. (Part of the
Windows XP logo requirements) For what its worth, select start to bring up
the new Start Panel and then right click on the Outlook icon. You can get
at account properties from the context menu.

There are steps that can restore the icon to the desktop, but it may
introduce weird side effects. (users get random rundll32 errors)
