Folders that keep auto-minimizing

I have Outlook 2003 setup with a main work email account,
and a hotmail account.
Whenever I open Outlook it minimizes the Hotmail folders,
but I want to keep them expanded but can't figure out how
to make Outlook do it.
Any help is appreciated.
