Outlook tags outgoing email with 'Spam' on subject title

Outlook is somehow automatically attaching the
word 'Spam' to the subject title of my outgoing emails!

I'm not speaking of incoming messages that are filtered
as Spam. I'm talking about outgoing messages that are
tagged as 'Spam' in the subject heading by Outlook (and
Outlook Express).

Anyone know how I may end this?

Thanks

Dezzy
