Where do I access my custom templates in Outlook 2003

I have recently moved from Netscape to Outlook 2003. My templates from
Netscape are no longer usable for some reason. I want to re-create them. I
saved one and now I can't find where to access it for use. I know I'm missing
something obvious but I'm stumped as to know what. Thanks
