A couple questions about Outlook Mail

Using Outlook 2003 (with all of Office 2003), and Windows XP Pro with SP2.

Isn't there any way to use stationery in an e-mail message, if one didn't
start with the stationery.

Easy to do in Outlook Express. Choose format-HTML, if that isn't chosen
already. Then Format-Apply Stationery.

I see no such option in Outlook. I know how one can start a new message with
stationery--"Actions"--"New mail message using....". But shouldn't there
also be a way to apply stationery later, if one hadn't thought of it at the
beginning? (If not, there sure should be.)

A couple questions regarding putting a picture in an HTML e-mail.
Resizing--there seems to be no constraint in preserving the aspect ratio of
the picture. So if one is not very careful, the picture can become very
distorted in resizing. I tried pressing Alt, CTRL, Shift, while resizing
(not all three together, each tried alone, separately), to see if that would
constrain the aspect ratio to preserve it while resizing, and it didn't
work. Isn't there any way to set it to preserve the aspect ratio of
pictures?

When I put a picture in an e-mail today, clicked "Browse" to choose a
picture, and navigated to the directory it was in, I saw the files in an
order (many files in the directory) that would make it hard to find the one
I wanted. So I chose "Details" from the view preference menu, then clicked
on the "Name" heading to see the files in the folder in alphabetical order.
Fine, it worked. I put several pictures in this e-mail, however. So, next
time I clicked "Browse", it went right to the last folder opened. Fine.
However, the files were in that other order again. I again had to click
"Details", and the "Name" column again. This happened every single time, in
putting several pictures in the e-mail. Why isn't my viewing preference for
the folder remembered?

I know the problem in the preceding paragraph, concerning remembering my
viewing preference for the folder, might have more to do with Windows
Explorer than with Outlook. However, since it occurred in Outlook, I'll ask
here, in case it has anything to do with Outlook. Even if it doesn't, if
anyone could give me any insight into having my viewing preference for a
folder remembered, I would appreciate it.

If anyone could give any help with any or all of the three annoyances above,
I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
