you can add @tiscali.co.uk but will need to do it yourself, you can't do it
on a right click. Do you have the filter set on high? It's better to let the
filter do it for your rather than using the blocked lists. Also note that
the spam from tiscali may be using a fake address, so blocking it won't
really do much besides block all mail from people using that domain - a
potential problem if you participate on mailing lists.
