A simple rule that applies to all messages will do this handily.

Bad idea. At best, the address from which the SPAM was sent is bogus, so
all you'll do is wind up generating a non-delivery report back to yourself.
At worst, you'll have validated your address to the SPAMmer, giving them
license to send you more SPAM and sell your known-working address to other
SPAMmers.
