If Outlook is not open when the time expires will the
message be sent once Outlook is again opened after the
delayed delivery time has passed..?
It appears if Outlook was not open at the time the
delivery time elapsed, that once Outlook is again opened
the messages will not be sent and continue to stay in the
Outbox.
