Outlook 2003 Reopen problem

hi, when i close Outlook 2003, i cant start it again. The Outlook icon
remains in the system tray and when i close it from taskmanager, i can
re-open it. It s communicating with exchange server 2003 sp1.. What can be
the problem? Thanks bye...
