Incoming is what I am interested in.
I checked a lot of my emails - if I look at everything from one person, some
can be saved as Word, some not. If there is forwarded email from other
systems I am more likely to not be able to save it in Word, but can
sometimes.
Then I looked at the same emails in Outlook 98 and Outlook 2000, and found
that some emails I can save in Word in Outlook 98, I can't in 2000, and vice
versa!
There doesn't seem to be any consistency.
I am quite confused here - we need to save these all in Word, including the
attachments.
