Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Jeff asked:

| Umm, do you have to have the email account installed
| prior to using rules? For everything else on Outlook, I
| didn't need to have the acct setup yet. Is this a
| different circumstance?
|
| I have tried to access the Rules Wizard both in and out
| of a folder when trying to pull down the Tools Menu for
| the Rules Wizard.
