missing .DLL (Outlook 2002) PLEASE HELP!!

After reinstallation of Windows, I am greeted with this
error message every time I click on my Outlook Today
"The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located
in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL"

I can click OK 5-6 times, and it will go away, but it's
quite annoying/forboding. I don't have an Office CD--it
can installed on a Gateway PC. Any help would be GREATLY
appreciated
