if all you did was back up your office files then the answer is probably no.
Your Outlook data is kept in a pst file, the location of which is NOT the
same as your office files. Typically, (if you are using windows XP),
C:\Documents and Settings\"Your User Name"\Local settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\.
