If the workstation is running Windows 2000 or XP, the .PST file is likely
stored in a hidden folder, so you'd have to search hidden folders to find
any .PST files. Once you find it, make a backup just in case, then run the
repair utility. (Repair shouldn't touch her data, but it never hurts to
have a good, recent backup.)
