Hi Milly -
thanks for responding so quickly! i played around with it yesterday and finally got the font to stay the way I wanted it by opening a new message (with the messed up signature), fixing the signature there to the way I wanted it, then I copied it into a new signature. The format is now holding at least until I send the email. At that point it holds most of the format, but the Viner Hand ITC font does still change when they receive the email. The format of my messages is Comic Sans MS. Even thought the person I send the email to has the same fonts installed, it still comes out different than Viner hand ITC. Maybe certain fonts (the "handwritting" type) just won't hold?
