Try this for Windows 2000 (you would need to contact microsoft product
support and request the package)

As for using WMS from a Win98 cd on 2000, it might work. However in looking
at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=258211, it looks like you would still
need to acquire 2 files from a NT4 CD.
First link (254458) has a link to a Windows XP support article. Again, it
would be hit or miss to know if this would work.
