I don't think it's the fonts as they all have the exact
same version of Outlook and none are allowed to install
anything or download anything without me doing it for
them.

They all have the current updates.

They all use Word as their editor (same version).

It is not being sent by "send to recipient". It
originates in Outlook.

No Stationary is being used, it's not an option for them.

It is being sent in RTF
