Hi George!
I've drawn exactly the same blanks that you have plus a few others.
Others seem to be facing the same problems.
A few questions here trying to find the source of the problem.
Is this recent? If so from when did it start? [I'm suspecting a
Windows update last week]
What is your Operating System? [I'm beta testing XP SP2]
Darned annoying isn't it? Especially as the password request jumps in
front of everything you are doing.
