Maybe. Very difficult to tell from the little information you've offered
here. I'd suggest you try posting this in the Microsoft.public.security.virus
newsgroup (this group is for Outlook support) and be sure to indicate what
operating system you're running and more detail about the symptoms.
Ultimately the problem may be more complex than can be resolved via a
newsgroup so you might also consider contacting a professional in your
area for assistance.
