The error message is all we needed - in fact, just knowing it is an LDAP
error told us a lot...
Assuming you don't use an LDAP server...
Method 1 (recommended) - close outlook. Open control panel, mail and create
a new profile, adding your mail account at the time you create the profile.
Method 2: Tools, email accounts, choose the option to change address lists.
Delete the ldap account.
This generally happens when you upgrade from an Internet only version of
Outlook and creating a new profile often solves other problems as well.
(Why post the image in a doc when you could just attach a *.jpg to the
message?)
