Most likely the file-type pdf is added to the LevelOneRemove registry key.
Since a pdf-file is a save attachment there is no need to add it to that
key. You can find the registry key here;
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Security]
