OUTLOOK Calendar Time

Try this, within her Outlook, go Tools, Options, Calendar
Options, Time Zone and see if this is set the same as her
system options. Also compare this with the other users
and what their settings are in this field. It could be
that a difference here is causing the discrepancy. And
the "adjust for daylight savings time" here causes some
problems too. You might compare that with other users.
