Having this problem. I did visit the home page of the program and there was
no update,

I called their support, etc. but I don't think this is the problem.

I'm using OUTLOOK 2002. I did not recently apply the SP-3 for Office XP...

Does microsoft OUTLOOK update itself without my knowing it?
