Sorry, auto correct does not provide the time saving functionality I am
looking for.

It is surprising that there are not more choices of suitable apps in an
area which would greatly increase productivity.

Imagine an add-in that had at least:

- templates that allowed the use of variable like name and email
address so you could add auto salutations and opt out messages etc.

- that associated attachments with templates - so you could respond to
an email query in few clicks.

etc etc
