Is this Outlook 2002? Did you recently apply SP-3 for Office XP? Have you

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, James Fonda asked:
| I use OUTLOOK and have never had this happen before. I suddenly get
| this new error message.
|
| "A program is trying to access your Address Book or contacts."

|
| I use Franklin Covey PlanPlus (basically it has customized views) and
| this only happens when I am in that view. I've been using this for
| over a year with no problems.... now suddenly OUTLOOK displays the
| error message when I'm in the preview pane
