Actions>Junk E-mail>Junk E-mail Options>Blocked Senders List. You can't,
however, use wildcards to specify all domains ending in, say, .ru. You can
create a rule, however, that examines the headers and moved to the Junk
E-mail folder all messages containing ".ru" there.
