Can't open Item

I am seeing the following message, "Can't open this item.
Could not complete the operation because the service
provider does not support it." in a few of my users mail.
We have just upgraded to Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003 and we
are now getting this message when we get a delevery error
message. Does anyone know what is causing this and how to
fix it?
