Under Control Panel, Multimedia and Sounds, scroll through the sounds until
you come to one for Office. Then uncheck all of the sound events there.

| Devices-Sounds. Here is a listing of all of the event sounds. I have
| reviewed all of the sounds by clicking the option to hear the sound, but
| none of them are the same sounds mentioned earlier.

| I recently upgraded to the Outlook 2003, from Outlook 2000. I can't swear

| it but I think that is when my problem started with these stupid sounds.
