Business Contact Manager

We have a user who had a Blue Screen the other day. This
messed up her Office 2003 SBE install. Basically in order
to get it working again we uninstalled Office and then
removed all folders from her profile that had anything to
do with Office. Once reinstalled we see a "Managed Mapi
Service Catastrophi Failure" that reads: Could not
initiate CLR file or assembly name Iris.MAPI.MessageStore
or one of its dependencies was not found.
Now Business Contact Manager is also installed and the
thinking was that this could be an issue. We've tried to
reinstall this but it stops half way through but never
looks as if anything is wrong. We also tried to
uninstall, but get another error: An error occurred while
removing the SQL Active Directory Helper Service.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to help with this?
