I suspect that your company has a proxy server between you and the Internet
that doesn't understand the HTTP/DAV protocol that Outlook uses to
communicate with Hotmail. Ask you network administrator to upgrade to a
proxy server that does. You won't be able to connect to Yahoo with an HTTP
account at all - they do not support the proper protocol.
