Hi BT,
You have a fundamental configuration problem. All my clients use the
junk mail filter and it works great. Set up a test where you can mail
to yourself. Add a test address you can put in the blocked sender list
and send yourself some mail. The only requirements I know of are:
You must be using Exchange Server 2003.
You must be in cached exchange mode.
Other than that I can't think of anything that would keep the filter
from working. The fact that you are able to add to the good/bad lists
tell me that it must be configured correctly, but something very basic
has to be wrong.
