Sounds like your former ISP was sloppy and not responsible, but SBC is
in that they require authentication if you want to use their mail
servers from off their domain. You are trying to access SBC's servers
from the "My Hosting.com" domain (which I will have to assume is a fake
domain since spaces are not allowed). I don't know how Mail2Web works.
Maybe it's just another webmail provider that also lets you yank your
e-mails from POP3 server, but obviously you are expected to specify the
username and password for that POP3 server. Since you changed ISPs and
that is where is now your POP3 server, check your other-account
configuration in Mail2Web to ensure you are targeting the correct POP3
server (i.e., your new one and not your old one) and also specifying the
correct username and password (for your new POP3 server).

Your entire description of your problem is "will not retrieve my mail".
That is far too vague to know what is occurring. Could be you are
logging onto the wrong server. Could be you are specifying the wrong
(and old) username or password. Could be SBC has a block on any mail
connects coming from "My Hosting.com" (or whatever is the real domain
from where you are running Mail2Web). There should be some error
message regarding the inability to connect or yank e-mails. But maybe
Mail2Web is lacking as a full e-mail client and doesn't give you the
details of an error. Does Mail2Web provide any support?
