Question About Outlook

With my previous computer, there was a feature in Outlook
that would allow me to delay the delivery of a message. I
would go to the options menu and type in a future date in
the "Do not deliver before" field. The message would
then go to my outbox and then immediately go to my send
box and would be delivered at the specified future date
and time . If I go to my send box, it would show the
message as "this message has not be deliver yet" or
something. The point is it was sent from my computer,
however, it would not be delivered back to until a
specified time. This is specially usefull for sending
reminder email to my two way pager. My computer could be
shut down and yet I could receibe an email to my pager
anyway.

With my new computer, when I specify a future delivery
date on a message, the message goes to the Outlook
Outbox and stays there forever. It never goes to my sent
box and it does not get delivered unless I go to the
message itself and hit the send button.

Does someone have any experience with this?
