Why force HTML on people who send you plain text on purpose? They may not
want nor be able to receive HTML mail (Outlook 97 and Pine come to mind).

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Jon Quixote asked:
| O2k
|
| Want to force plain text replies to HTML messages without having to
| hit Format|Plain Text, then the "Yes, I meant to do what I wanted to
| do, dangit!" button. :)
|
| Even dragging the Plain Text option onto the toolbar and using it
| from there is a pain, still making me use two clicks I don't want to
| have to use for the dozens of emails I deal with all the time (you
| MVPs oughta appreciate how much little time savers add up, hehe).
|
| Anyone know of a macro/button that'll automagically do the above, or
| can one of you gurus create one easily,
| pretty-please-with-sugar-on-top? It's another pain in the arse that
| creating macros in VB can't just record keystrokes/mouseclicks
| anymore outside of Word, as that's all I'd need to do it myself...
|
| TIA
