One possible cause: Office Clipboard has too many cut or copy clips saved in
it.

    Edit menu -> Office Clipboard -> Clear All

If that doesn't help, do a search at Microsoft's support site
(http://support.microsoft.com/), search on "out of memory" (exact phrase),
and max the count of matches returned. There were 27 articles that matched
and maybe one of those applies to your problem.
