You can lock all of Outlook or use password protected screen saver when
away from your computer.

To password protect Outlook, go to Outlook Today, right click and select
properties, then advanced. Set your password there and do NOT forget it. It
can cost up to $600 for password recovery services.

Oh, and a little education for your kids about minding their own business
and not prying into yours might be in order as well.
