Hello

I wonder if anyone can help me. Our environment is OL2002 - Exchange 5.5 on
Windows 2000 Server. Citrix setup on Windows 2003 Servers, and using
Windows XP.

Basically, one of our user's opens up another user's mailbox whilst in her
own mailbox - she has the appropriate permissions to do this. She does this
by going in to Tools - email accounts and changing her account to add the
other user's mailbox. This mailbox will stay for so long but then will just
disappear - without her manually removing it or logging off.

Has anyone heard of this happening before and if so, is there a resolution?

Many thanks
Angela
