Can I change Outlook 2000 default attachment folder?

When I create new mail and click attachment button, it will default go
to My Document folder. Can I change to something like D:\. It is easy to
change on Excel or Word but I don't know whow to change in Outlook 2000.
Please help, thanks a lot.
