See http://www.slipstick.com/rules/junkmail.htm#tools for some options. I've
used SpamPal, and it's all right - some like SpamInspector - some like
Cloudmark.
You always run the chance of trapping some legit mail, so it's best not to
permenantly delete - move to another folder or deleted items so you can
review.
