As long as Outlook is configured properly to log into that account and send and receive emails to/from it.

Does that mean that if I schedule the computer to start Outlook when the
system startup no matter the user login to his account or not, it will start
retrieving email, provided if I configure it such that it will automatically
retrieve email every 30 mins?
