Microsoft Office 2003 Web Components Error #27043

Hey all,

I have an HTML webpage that uses Office 2003 webcomponents to display a
pivot table of data populated from an SQL Database. When I access this
webpage from Internet Explorer or Outlook 2003 and I'm plugged into a network
connection, it works fine. However, if I try to use it offline (note that
the SQL database is on this computer so it doesn't need the network
connection), it works through Internet Explorer but not through Outlook.
Instead I get the following error:

"Error 27043: Connection failed. Microsoft Office 2003 Web Components do
not support connecting to Expensible Markup Language (XML) data sources.
Please check the Microsoft Developer's Network Web site for more information"

Well, the MSDN website doesn't have anything on this error, so here I am,
looking for more information :) If anyone has some idea why this might be
happening, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!
