Outlook shows placeholders instead of pictures when forwarding custom forms

Hi,

I designed an outlook form but have some problems regarding embedded
pictures in the message-body.

When I open the form all embedded pictures are displayed at their
correct position, but clicking on the forward button replaces the
original pictures with placeholders. After sending and receiving the
form all information seem to be correct again. So the pictures are
only shown incorrect when editing the forwarded mail.

Does anyone have a clue regarding this behavior?
