You should be using the Created field from the list of contact fields.

One bonus question. Back when I added forms to Outlook 2000, I
'attached' forms to specific folders. THat is, in Contacts, I could hit
CTRL-N and the my custom form would popup - not the Outlook default. I
can't remember how I did this and have, so far, failed to find the
answer on the net. Please direct me to the proper site.
