I want to track received and not received Read Receipt Requests

I have a computer illiterate employee who I unfortunately have to
micromanage. I have sent several Requests to respond and attached a "Request
a Read Receipts for this message" to this particlar employee. I know I have
not received responses or acknowledgments for a majority of them. It's rather
timely to go through and check which emails I included him in for "Read
Receipts". Even when I do make the email a "Read Receipt" it is not marked on
the outgoing message, much like a "high importance" email is marked. I would
like for my Read Receipt emails that I send out to be as easy to track as my
Meeting Requests that I send out. Meeting Requests track who has Accepted,
Declined or not responded to my meeting. I was hoping that Read Receipt
emails can be flagged and marked who has sent the Read Receipt in the
original sent message. I am not sure of the mechanics to make this as easy to
explain as possible. I feel as though this could help us managers who have to
forcibly micromanage unruly employees. I apologize for the passable and sure
grammatical errors in this email.
