help with publishing form

error message:
"unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI
error. Operation failed. Object not found."

what now? I have checked for obvious stuff, like a one
off field or box or something. i amtrying to create a
custom contact form. also, my standard forms seem to
have disappeared from the standard forms library? this
must be related?
